Breath-work is a powerful practice. When we work with our breath, we gain access to our life force energy. It is essential in developing body awareness, mindfulness, focus and stamina.
Moving meditation is a regenerating exercise that allows your body to build energy and heal itself. It is a powerful tool to break old and unhealthy patterns in the body and mind.
An indispensable tool used by shamanistic cultures and indigenous healers worldwide to heal the body and mind from illness and disease.
Gentle and holistic movements that are used to heal many diseases, illnesses and pain. It helps the spine and body access the nervous system, release tension, and remove blockages.

We will co-create the transformation of your life, let go what is not useful anymore, and unlock the source of your joy and fulfillment. My methods were combined to create the Ethos Flow method, and are drawn from many cultures; spiritual practices and movement arts I've found throughout my travels across the globe. I will share my Ethos Flow method with you as your instructor, guide, and coach.

Our journey will begin with a transformational weekend together. I will guide you through a breakthrough of your own story, giving you what you need to let go of what is not useful anymore, focus on the important things, and to unlock the source of your joy and fulfillment.
My weekend sessions are active and dynamic and will provide you with practical tools for a total reboot of the mind and body.
You'll see the results and feel the difference
A combination of spinal flow movements, dynamic meditation exercises, and cold immersion, is all driven by the unique forms of breath-work. Breath is the key to life:
- The quality of your breathing is the quality of your thoughts and actions
- The quality of your thoughts and actions is the quality of your feelings
- The quality of your feelings is how you are going to experience life
Finishing the process of becoming the real you
After the transformational weekend, our journey continues together. For the next three weeks, we will work daily to upgrade your human software by creating a solid morning routine and forging daily habits to put you at the top of your game. You'll experience a state of constant ease and flow.
After that, we will shift to weekly connections for the final three weeks to check in, make adjustments as necessary, and finish the process of shifting your life to be the real you, not a new you.
At the end, you will be fully expressing your joy and fulfillment. Anytime after six months, you can attend one of my reset weekends. It’s a great way to keep on track and be in constant flow.
